Andrea and Kriisina didn’t just become business partners; they grew up together. Their parents were friends and from a young age, their lives were intertwined. What started as a childhood friendship naturally evolved into something deeper, more like sisters than anything else.

So when the idea of starting a business came up, it wasn’t a question; it was a given. “People always say you shouldn’t go into business with your best friend,” they share. “But for us, it was a no-brainer.”

They didn’t start with a big space or a full team; they started small. Sharing a single room inside someone else’s storefront, splitting rent, supplies and doing everything they could to build a clientele from the ground up. At the time, one was balancing life as a new mother, the other working nights at a nightclub, fitting clients in whenever they could. But they were all in.

Back in 2015, social media wasn’t the growth engine it is today. There were no shortcuts; just word of mouth, referrals and hustle. So they got creative. They offered free lash sets to local hairstylists and front desk girls, turning them into walking billboards. They left business cards at boutiques and placed themselves in high-traffic spots across Las Vegas. And it worked.

Slowly but surely, their names started circulating. Texts started coming in. Bookings followed. What began as a shared room turned into something much bigger. As their skills grew, so did the demand, not just from clients, but from other professionals asking to learn from them.

That's when everything expanded. Trainings weren’t part of the original plan, but like so many things in their journey, it happened organically. People saw their work, people trusted their process and people wanted to learn it.

Today, they’ve come full circle; now offering space, education and opportunity to other beauty professionals, just like they once needed themselves. Because for them, it was never just about building a business. It was about building it together.
