Long before she became known for helping women navigate hormones, wellness, and aging, Nikki Capobianco was building a successful career in real estate.

But life had other plans.

After her son was born nine weeks early and spent six weeks in the NICU, Nikki found herself fascinated by the nurses caring for him and felt a pull toward healthcare she couldn’t quite ignore. Years later, shortly after relocating to Boston, her husband was diagnosed with stage 4 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

As she accompanied him through treatments, she became increasingly aware of something she felt was missing from many healthcare conversations: a stronger focus on wellness, prevention, nutrition, and helping people thrive—not just treating illness once it appeared.

Those experiences ultimately led her to nursing school, a career in critical care, and eventually becoming a board-certified nurse practitioner focused on women’s health, hormones, wellness, and aesthetics.
